At GSouSnow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective layers are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
